Hi,

My name is Ronnie.  I'm 45 years old, and have finally transitioned to living Full-time.  I found the Grishno videos on Youtube a few weeks ago while searching for info on orchiectomies (Hey did you know that the suggested spelling corrections for orchiectomies is hysterectomies and mastectomies sure don't want those!). Anyhow, those videos led me here and were a bit of a wake up call for me.

Over the last two weeks I've come out to everyone that I have any regular contact with, and I can't believe the overwhelming support that I have received, especially from people I thought for sure would have problems.  I live in central Illinois in a small farming community of a few hundred people, and my expectations were rather dark, but I was proven wrong.

I now regret so many years in the closet, and just want to say to any women still in there, that it is SCARRY coming out, but sometimes it works out wonderfully.   

Sorry about the rambling, but I'm still a little emotional.   I just told my folks about an hour ago, and my Dad told me he loved his daughter no matter what.
